Beautiful painting finished over the bathroom's wall, the portrait of a cosmic union between two souls emerging from the Gaian mind, sharing one heart, one soul, all interconnected by the Ceiba tree. It is the magical sacred tree of the Mayan people..

In the sixth instalment of this special Diary series, Mexican adventurer, entrepreneur and contributor to The Third Eye, GUILLERMO ALARCÓN, continues reporting on the latest developments of his amazing project, The Lemurian Embassy. Currently being built in the magical Maya Jungles of Yucatan, Mexico, The Lemurian Embassy is an alternative self sustainable Eco village.

To reach The Lemurian Embassy from Chichen Itza (Piste): Take an (oriente) bus towards Merida then get off at Libre Union. As soon as you reach El Pueblo, the excited locals will show you where the taxis are located in order to reach the Embassy.

Lemurian Embassy is located near the World Heritage site of Chichen Itza in the State of Yucatan, Mexico. "Our location was chosen because of the proximity to this powerful energetic centre, once capital of the Maya Civilization. Lemurian Embassy project is located deep in the jungle between the town of Libre Union and Yaxcaba", says Guillermo Alarcon, founder of the Lemurian Embassy.

"In the center of our permaculture magical garden, there is a statue of Lord Shiva. Our friend Milosh brought this for us from India as a present, and our friend DEEA created magical ritual symbols in the heart of the garden, making our vegetables grow strong" says Guillermo.

"Traditional Temazcal sweat lodge being built on Lemurian land! The first structure model was built by our friend from France. The project then became instead a sacred womb for shamanic ceremonies. Another project went underway to build another Temazcal, utilising more of a sacred alignment with the sun's path and the amount of sticks used" says Guillermo.

This is the first palapa built at Lemurian Embassy. It is used mostly as the healing center and sometimes as a room for our special guests. Lots of work has been going down to decorate this palapa over the past year

Our palapas are made using all natural renewable materials. We use palm guanos to cover our roofs, and the ancient traditional technique of cob earth and straw to plaster the walls, making our homes fresh and artistically innovative!

"This is the Sacred Tree of the Maya is called "CEIBA". An amazing story behind this baby tree: one night a bat threw a ceiba tree and it landed right in the entrance road. As I was walking, I was able to identify it and replanted it into a safer zone. This baby is our roots and holds the Embassy powerful as it is"
